Her varied industry experience in banking, telecom, infrastructure, events, marketing, social enterprise, agrifood and service design sets her apart as a fierce thought leader with seamless client recall. Her outstanding communication skills, coupled with her expertise in human resources, management, customer services and marketing, have helped her establish a compelling niche in the HR Consulting,  Leadership Coaching & Learning and Development space. Her active association with people from various cultural backgrounds has equipped her with a versatile outlook and strategic perspective for her client engagements. She has a spontaneous grasp coupled with a rare and detailed ability to comprehend the changing needs of an organization.

Post her corporate stint, Guramrita has worked in the capacity of an independent HR / Training consultant for various start-ups and SMEs. She has worked closely with the CEOs and HR Managers of her client companies in designing HR Processes and policies, conducting training programs, OD interventions and devising communication strategies with the aim of achieving specific business objectives. Her strength in working as a consultant for these companies is her ability to empathize with the challenges of the start-up organizations and blend in the best practices of MNCs.

She started her career in the financial services sector and gained her foundation experience with Bank of America. She got an opportunity to service niche client segments such as the US Embassy, the United Nations, Canadian High Commission, World Bank and American Embassy School .This interaction with the bank’s prestigious clientele provided her a platform to effectively contribute in a cross-cultural environment.

From there, she moved on to one of India’s largest telecom giants — Bharti Airtel Limited, in the capacity of an HR Business Partner. Her key responsibilities were to conduct in-house training , some of the the best practices of programs she initiated were replicated across the entire Western Hub. Additionally, Guramrita was recognized as the” Gallup Champion” for circle operations.She  was also responsible for driving HR processes such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Retention, and Rewards & Recognition.

In her multifaceted career, Guramrita has had a rewarding stint with a telecom start up — Associated Power Structures. As the HR Head, she was responsible for expanding company operations to seven  states across India. She also played a key role in mentoring and coaching the senior leadership of the organization, while facilitating culture building within the company.

Guramrita has also worked with Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. She devised and strategized sustainable models for the group internally and externally. This was done by hosting HR events such as corporate training workshops, annual meets, seminars /conferences and employee engagement initiatives.
